4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Company is committed to the protection of personal information and the privacy of children who utilize the Site. The Site is intended for athletes above the age of 13, adult coaches, and athletes under the age of 13 only with the supervision of their parents or guardians. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent and control. If the Company learns that it has obtained personally identifiable information about a child under 13 without parental consent, the Company will delete that information from its existing files as a matter of course.
